This logo design was for a new, and exclusive, podcast featured on LRM. Before designing this logo the hosts of the podcast had already had a logo design however, it looked too similar to the Netflix logo. We have come to a time when the word flixs is used in any form of media. It is easy to associate the word to netflixs itself. In which case, without changing the title to the podcast it was simply a matter of changing typography, color palette, and composition. It was encouraged to have the podcast title be an acronym, N.F.C, and to then have the title below. By doing this, while also being respectful with the founders of the podcast, we were able to achieve a more original look that wouldn't appear too much like netflixs logo.
