This was for a freelance job I did back in 2012 for a production company in which the company was working on a film project tiled title called: "The Second Civil War". The film’s narrative was a fictional documentary of a second Civil War occurring in modern day America. What I was hired to do for this project was to create a photograph to look as if a soldier had taken it. For instance, back in world war two soldiers were known to take photographs of the war itself and kept those photos for themselves. That historical fact was what this piece was intended to be homage too. Essentially, what I had to do was to take multiple photographs that were provided to me by the production company and to composite them all together to make it look like an old authentic photograph. This was an interesting project to work on in that, back then, I had never created production art before that I had to use everything I knew about Photoshop to create the image you see before you.
